Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment: Full payment must be made by a specified date prior to the start of the swim holiday.
2. Cancellations and Refunds: a. If you cancel your booking after payment, the following cancellation fees will apply: €250
   1.  In the event that the swim holiday is cancelled by the company, a full refund will be provided.
3. Participant Requirements: a. Participants must be 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian. b. Participants must have a reasonable level of swimming ability and be in good health. c. Participants must obtain the appropriate travel insurance as a condition on making a booking and ensuring they meet any visa or entry requirements.
4. Itinerary and Changes: a. Swim-Project reserves the right to modify the itinerary, activities, or accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. b. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
5. Health and Safety: a. Participants must follow the instructions provided by the swim guides and adhere to any safety guidelines or rules. b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the swim holiday.
6. Liability: a. Swim-Project will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the swim holiday.
7. Insurance: a. Participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers any potential risks, including cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
8. Personal Belongings: a. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the swim holiday. Swim-Project will not be liable for any loss or damage.
9. Photography and Media: a. Swim-Project may take photographs or videos during the swim holiday for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials should notify the Swim-Project in writing.
